Masdar
The Masdar Project
Masdar is one of the biggest company of producing the clean energy of the world. Its considering building a US$200 million (Dh734.6m) wind farm near the KSA border of region.
Our gulf it’s not a windy, because the place it located in. But the turbine makers are looking for a way to generate more energy from the light breezes region. Masdar are owned from another big company, it’s called Mubadala. Also Masdar first venture into the form energy apart smaller farm than Sir Bani Yas Island region. They have reasons to assume that the wind is higher in certain measurements. To take the right place or the right wind is one of the good positions, wind power is more challenging to develop to the GCC. Masdar in the last months communicated with their partners to make their sales better and better in order to increase their development, and become the best company for making energy in the world.
Finally, Masdar should cooperate with their partners between them in order to get the best sales and become one of the best company’s.

Introduction
Oct. 4, 1957 is the significant date on the space age. It’s when Sputnik was born as the first artificial satellite.
In this report I will be talking about the satellite technology which was a revolution when it was first invented about 50 years ago and I will give some information on how it was first started , how it developed , and where is it now .
The beginning
After a year of the soviets historical achievement in 1957 the American lunched the first American artificial satellite Score, and in 1962 the most important thing happened in the human history and that’s the artificial satellite Telstar 1 to make the first live television broadcast outside America and reached Europe.
The scientists spent the sixties to develop the live television broadcast and in 1964 the US watched the 1964 Olympic Games in Tokyo.
Indeed this space competition between Soviets Union and United States had served the satellite world since then.
Thank you scientists!
Since the first live television broadcast, the scientists didn’t stop exploring the space and to learn more about the satellite technology and how they can share information with the other parts of the world this continues research had developed the satellite technology and to served the human by launching since the first satellite to reach 5500 satellites by 2007
Some of artificial satellites are divided according to their purposes to:
1. The communication satellites for information exchange, radio, telephone, and television services
2. The Weather satellites for knowing the weather conditions
3. The Spy satellites for military purposes
4. The Navigation satellites for locations, mapping
Indeed the artificial satellites influence at the human history had encouraged the scientists during the last 20 century to develop the satellite technology purposes and to develop space sciences.
Artificial satellites control today’s World
The artificial satellite revolution brought lots of changes on human lifestyle, from distance learning schools & organizations to mobile phones revolution to telecommunications services and more.
On today world it’s no more about leading ships safe to its ports or broadcasting an Oscar ceremony to the whole world. The artificial satellite could bring peace or means war, using this technology could lead to a political change or to use it to spy on your neighbors or far away countries.
Conclusion:
This developed technology tells you what to wear in order to face a sudden rainy day. And if you’re planning to travel, your car or mobile navigation system can save you from getting lost.
Satellites technology has transformed dreams to real things what our fathers would think few decades ago it’s something amazing or impossible, on today’s world it became true.

the ritz carlton
Introduction:
Cesar Ritz was born in Switzerland in 1850. He was known as the King of Hoteliers, he opened three luxurious hotels in Europe, London’s Carlton and Savoy and the Ritz in Paris before dying in 1918. His idea of service and improvement redefined the luxury hotel experience in Europe from his management of the Ritz Paris and the Carlton London.
Body of the report:
After he died, his wife Marie took over and opened hotels in his name. In 1911 the company announced its intention to expand North America. In 1912 The first Ritz-Carlton was built in North America in Montreal. Another one was built in 1917 in New York. The one in Atlantic City was opened in 1921. And later after that was opened in Philadelphia and Boca Raton.
The Ritz-Carlton Investing Company was built by Albert Keller, who bought and got the authorization to have the name in the United States. In 1927 he built the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Boston, the room rate was $15 per night, It was the hotel of kings, queens and celebrities at that time, like Prince Charles, Bette Davis and Howard Hughes, were just a few of its famous guests.
The Ritz hotel was crossed by different management such as The Wyner form 1927-1964, The Blakeley from 1964-1983, The Corporate from 1983-1999 and finally Millennium Purchase.
This amazing and elegant hotel company is the first and the only organization twice honored with the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award from the United States Department of Commerce. Also, these worldwide five-star resorts and luxury hotels operate have been suing and operating through a very effective Credo and Motto which was “We are ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen” this motto present the anticipatory service provided by all employees.
In mid 2006 a new customer services philosophy implemented and change the company approach, the credo was the same “ to stand genuine and comfort of the guests is the hotel’s highest mission” and still the goal is “ a happy guest who’s satisfied with the hotel customer services” witch was instead of schooling their employees and telling them how to deal and treat their guest to letting them figure it out on their own and that approach as Diana Oreck, the Vice President mentioned was a moved from the heavily prescriptive scripted approach and that the new approach allowed the staff to interact with guests more natural, relaxed better than sounding like they are reading lines and act based on a manual.
Conclusion and Recommendation:
I can see that the Hotel business went up and down throw different management all over the years and I guess that’s what business is all about. It is unpredictable specially if the company got use to a specific system and approach and it’s hard to move to a new approach because for some companies it could be risky.
I recommend to go to the below website for more details about this report:
and our Management study book
1. What challenges do you think the company faced in changing the culture? What is the Ritz-Carlton doing to maintain this new culture?
· I think changing of management has a big impact on the culture, because different management means different mindset and different ways of managing the company.
· The Ritz-Carlton strategy is to be flexible with the changes and they are giving the opportunity for their staff to work on their own to deal with the customers for better customer services.
2. What kind of person do you think would be happiest and most successful in this culture? How do you think new employees “learn” the culture?
· Defiantly the employee will be the happiest and that’s because he/she is been given the opportunity to build on his/her work experience
· A new employee will be expected to be mentored and supervised before he/she start to interact on his/her own
3. What could other organizations learn from The Ritz-Carlton about the importance of organization culture?
· To have a good understanding of their business needs and that the changes sometimes could be good to help on the developing of the organizations and can take it forwarded.

Ramadan
Ramadan
Ramadan is one of the most important months for all the Muslims in there year. Also its one chance in the year and they must to take the advantage of the opportunity.
Before Ramadan all Muslims get prepare for this month by baying foods and some of them by but some lights on their houses to express their feelings in this holy month. From the day that we get grow up we must to pray and doing the things that Muhammad teach us how to do, not only in Ramadan we have to pray and do some kinds things, but what I mean is in this month it’s the greatest month in the year. In this month we must get fast from 4:30 to 6:15 according to what I think. And between these hours we start praying and reading Quran to ask God to forgiving us. Also we help the poor people by giving them foods or money or some medicine at least whatever we can gives them. Also we take some foods to our neighbors or to the Mosques for the workers there they don’t have time to make their own food and that’s why we take for them something to eat. After we finish fasting we get prying AL Traraweeh in Mosques.
Finally we must thanks God for all the thing that he give it for us by praying and keep obey for him.

personal reflection
Personal reflection
In this semester we had a lot of issues, maybe because it’s the first time for us that we take something like this. But in the end we know how to deal with it, and the reason that we know how to deal with it of curse our teacher Mr. Gregory.
Firstly Mr. Gregory teaches us a lot of things that we didn’t know it before. Like he learned us how to use some internet web site, like bibme, also he learned us how to create our own account in the bibliography to but our work there. Also we learned how to write summaries in about 300 words or some times more. And all of these things helped us a lot in this semester because we didn’t know it or learned it before. From my opinion I think now we have more confidence and experience about how to write summaries and of curse all thanks to Mr. Gregory for helping us in these areas. I think the writing classes learned us a lot of skills like using new words in our writing summaries and also how to write a lot of words in a few minutes, and that’s making our skills get better after more exercises.
Finally I hope that all students learned from Mr. Gregory as much as I. also I hope to continue my work in this college and doing my best to get to highs levels until I get the graduation.
